  15. * You must have a sound card installed (and properly configured) in 
  16.   your system in order for Kinemorphics 1.0 to sync with sound.

  18. * CD Spectrum Pro must be running in order for Kinemorphics v1.0 to
  19.   sync with sound.

  22. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  24. Users of either 'The Kinemorphic Screen Saver' or 'CD Spectrum 
  25. Pro' must accept this disclaimer of warranty: both 'The Kinemorphic 
  26. Screen Saver' and 'CD Spectrum Pro' are supplied as is.  The 
  27. authors disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including, 
  28. without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of
  29. fitness for any purpose. The authors assume no liability for
  30. damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of
  31. either 'The Kinemorphic Screen Saver' or 'CD Spectrum Pro'."

  33. Both 'The Kinemorphic Screen Saver' and 'CD Spectrum Pro' are 
  34. "shareware" programs and are provided at no charge to the user for 
  35. evaluation.  Feel free to share them with your friends, but please do 
  36. not give them away altered or as part of another system.  The 
  37. essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal 
  38. computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet to 
  39. provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new 
  40. products.  If you find either program useful and find that you are 
  41. using either program after a reasonable trial period, you must make
  42. a registration payment to NorthStar Solutions for either.  This
  43. payment will be:

  45.   $20 if you are just registering 'The Kinemorphic Screen Saver'
  46.   $20 if you are just registering 'CD Spectrum Pro'
  47.   $30 if you are registering both products
  48.  
  49. The registration fee will license one copy of each program for use 
  50. on any one computer at any one time.  You must treat this software 
  51. just like a book.  An example is that this software may be used by 
  52. any number of people and may be freely moved from one computer 
  53. location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it being 
  54. used at one location while it's being used at another. Just as a book 
  55. cannot be read by two different persons at the same time.

  57. Commercial users of either 'The Kinemorphic Screen Saver' or 'CD
  58. Spectrum Pro' must register and pay for their copies within 30 days 
  59. of first use or their license is withdrawn.
